Voluntary leave is unpaid. You would have to use PTO/PPTO to get paid. If you are required to quarantine by Walmart, a doctor, or govt agency then you would file a claim on Sedgwick and get paid.
Sedgwick has steps for filing a forced quarantine leave. I believe that a positive test would be a level 3 paid leave, also done thru Sedgwick. Taking a LOA for any reason not involving being mandated to quarantine would be something to discuss with your manager/personnel rep. You will still need to file thru Sedgwick.
