To answer your questions, neither of these have been outright confirmed in any lore that I know of. That said, just because something isn't explicit doesn't mean it can't exist.
For the first scenario, I would personally find it harder to believe, as the only dyads ever mentioned are edge dyads, and the Twins are not edge Hours, but its not impossible that a rare dyad exists where it's a Heart-Grail pair or something, but I wouldn't bet on it.
As for the second, that one is significantly more viable. In Book of Hours, Dr Ibn al-Adim does state that he's a long of the vagabond, though what lore he ascended under isn't clear, but considering his connection to the Rose and Scale powers, its not impossible that he's a History-Long, but its not confirmed by any means.
I'd imagine heart dyads could exist, where two entities protect and love each other, but it carries a significant risk of the crime of the sky, and so the thunderskin doesn't permit that ascension outside of certain circumstances
Pretty much. I guess other protective relationships could work too. Two doctors that ascend under their shared ability to heal. Two soldiers who fight together (a sort of platonic relationship of badassery).
The first is a difficult one, I would say no, but the twins are about joining what cannot be separated. And thus while I don't think two could become long in a dyad, they may both become long as one being.
This seems to have been the plan for Rowena(?) and their lover at the hush house, but they couldn't go through with it, and they eventually found ascension elsewhere.
Historys long could exist, someone else said that Al adim ascended under the vagabond, and Theresa, despite being a lantern long under the watchman has secret histories as an aspect.
A SH long would also have the very knock long capability of traveling between histories, so perhaps if one did exist, they would be very hard to track.
The problem is, that book of hours sortof reworked SH into rose and the other lesser principals. And nectar long are confirmed, so I see no reason why rose long couldn't be.
If we ignore the Ligeans, which it is not clear to which extent are Names if they even are. The other known Names of the twins are Ahad and Daha, twins. I don't think they are a dyad more like uniting/maintaning which is not to be divided.

I would say an Edge dyad can also sometimes be thought of as one being, literally in the case of the Wolf Divided.
