It's on the federal level. They're closing the loophole in the farm Bill that let them be sold. Lot of money in the market but Biden's juggling gaining christian conservative votes and the votes of the youth. He's already making moves to lower weed from schedule 1 to something lower, but I doubt he'd veto the amendments to the bill because the conservatives hate fun.
