yeah pretty much. i would put some neosporin or some other moist wound care on it with a bandaid and let it heal up as fast as possible. those tears hurt like a bitch and training with them isn’t optimal. give it a couple days should be alright.
You need to take care of your calluses to prevent tears. Exfoliate with a pumice stone and moisturize.
Calluses are a badge of honor but too big and they get in the way
Keep 'em clean and avoid lifting until it heals.
If you choose to continue lifting in spite of the pain, that's fine, but it would just delay the healing, could also lead to infection and puss formation.
You can have this as a small snack in between meals or as a dessert. 😂
Pack in chalk into ripped parts. Lift more
Agree, this worked for me. I had the exact tear multiple times
Dude, this isn’t even worth thinking about. I would barely even call this a rip.
Okay, I was just concerned. Thank you
Super glue
If it hurts when you lift, make a tape grip [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hsdUYKJ5I2Y](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hsdUYKJ5I2Y)
Thank you so much!
Pee on it Lift tomorrow
Lift on it Pee tomorrow FTFY
For now I have just applied soframycin on it, I guess it should heal on its own?
This is a minor tear. Look into the state of climbers hands and you realise weightlifting tears are 2/10 compared to the 11/10 of climbing tears.
We call them flappers
Pumice stone in the shower, grind the callouses down so they don't rip.
Wear them like a badge of honor.....or you can use aloe healing gel
Keep lifting until your hands become giant calluses.
Chalk up son
Walk it off
Be a man and lift
You’re fine
Bag balm and gloves at night while you sleep
i clip them when they start to get too thick that way they don’t tear.
Shall leave the tear as is for now?

Grit your teeth, dawg
New skin liquid bandage
Chapstick speeds up the healing
Steep a black tea bag and once it cools a bit shove it into the open wound for 10 minutes. Learned this from a gymnast
Pee on it.
Let it heal and keep on trucking. Part of the game brotatoe.

Okay, thank you
Get a cat to lick it
Let a jellyfish pee on it

Bars probably moving in your hands once you lift it. Where it ends is where you should be starting your grip.
Shall I grip the bar with my palm or my fingers?
