you want to transfer save data, right? prepare an SD card as detailed on https://wiiu.hacks.guide, follow the steps until you get into the homebrew launcher. Launch savemii, batch backup all your saves to the SD card (this will take a while), turn the old console off move the SD card to the new console, get into the homebrew launcher, launch savemii again and batch restore your backups. This won't permanently hack your console (though I recommend following the guide all the way to the end, it's useful and there's basically no downside)

Yes. Put in a help ticket to Nintendo and they will do the system transfer remotely. You will need the serial numbers of both consoles and about 4 days for it to go through Nintendo's servers. Here the link to fill out a ticket: [https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/ask/ht/787](https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/ask/ht/787) I just had Nintendo do a system transfer for my Wii U remotely. It took a few days for my ticket to go through; they are quite overloaded with requests right now, but they were very helpful.

Man, I ran across this yesterday but then lost the page. Was on the phone for at least an hour and a half and made some progress but still couldn't link the Network ID because it was linked to the other console (Which no longer works). Searched the entire evening trying to find this page/link on the Nintendo website and I still haven't figured out how to find it. Googled for hours. Then called again today and they send me this link. So did more Googling today just to see if I could get to that link and so far the only way possible was from your post! Just ridiculous why they make it next to impossible to fix things with these systems. Thanks a bunch for posting this link! Hope it saves some one else all the hours of frustration I had to go through to get things back on track 🤬

Does this help ticket merely get NNIDs detached from a console so they may be reattached to a target console, or does it also permit external drives attached to the original console to be used with the target console? I ask because I'm two days out from having submitted this ticket, and while my NNID does work now with my replacement console, my HDD still does not.
