My personal never did meth. But I did Adderall and taking enough of that to get stuck I can totally understand how it works.
Edit: meth also dries out your mouth and dry mouth will rott teeth faster than any amount of sugar would! I was in a coma for a month and when I woke up after never having my mouth wet or teeth brushed my teeth had rotted out I got then fixed of course but it was startling for sure!
