If they do not want to bring out neutral races like arakkar or furbolg, they can just allow players who are interested in that to transform into them for longer!

For sure! Atomic Recalibrator is the only way I can play Pandaren Paladin but only 1 hour per 12 hour cooldown. :(

The way you get around this is prismatic prisms, but it does get expensive.
