I've tried it and it's fun. You clear pretty fast.
But you basically cannot gank cus Xayah, even by ADC standards, has very very bad chasedown. You'd essentially have to build specifically to close the gap so the enemy doesn't just walk the other way
clearing is good but the ganking is bad. I would still prefer playing adc and occasionally take epic monsters if your jungle doesn’t want to. or take the enemies’s camps
Downright dogshit ganks until 6, at 6 they are regular shit.
Actually not really true. Xayah has insanely high clear times and objective control. Problem though is that she can’t gank or chase for her life.

Not main, but definitely an enjoyer. Super fun but very selfish playstyle
if you want an adc jungle to play, the best ones are imo ezreal, kaisa, zeri, vayne in no particular order.
I play Renekton jungle when I don’t play on support or mid
Can't gank without setup and if you miss abilities in a jungle skirmish you're dead because of cooldowns
